Nick DeKoff is the Director of Customer Engagement at SAFARI Montage. In this role, he works with K-12 school districts to find the best ways to solve their digital instruction challenges using the SAFARI Montage platform. He serves as a primary point of contact and provides project management, operational and technical support for customer accounts throughout the Midwest and West Coast of the United States. Prior to joining SAFARI Montage, Nick served as an Expert Technical Support and Customer Relations Specialist for Verizon Wireless, and a Director of Licensing and New Media at Creative License. He is a certified Google IT Support Professional for Operating Systems, Systems Administration and IT Infrastructure Services.
