Let's dive into inquiry as we put students into the driver's seat of their own learning. Using the Wisconsin Social Studies Inquiry Standards as a framework, we will learn strategies for creating a culture of argument in our classrooms. By constructing and implementing shared inquiry goals, we will share the responsibility of teaching students how to identify, analyze, and evaluate claims, evidence, and reasoning. Inquiry is a must not only in social studies, but also science, health, ELA , and every classroom!
