Bring reading excitement to your school! Our team of Instructional Library Technology Specialists will share a multitude of ideas and strategies to promote literacy and learning for students in grades 4K-12. Activities include book clubs, student news team, S.T.E.M. and Story, Book Trailer Tuesdays, Flashlight Fridays, Book Tastings, Book Bike Deliveries and Book Talks, Destiny scavenger hunts, and many more! We will highlight how our school library programs make literacy resources accessible to our students and staff through engaging tasks, curated materials, and collaborative activities that promote higher level thinking. Links to resources and ideas will be provided. Session will end with Q & A and time for attendees to share literacy ideas which have impacted their school programs.
