As Library teachers, you never know who will walk through the door and what they are going to ask. Thankfully, as certified library teachers in the School District of La Crosse, we don't have to do it all. We have a district technology help number to call for tech emergencies and an ability to put in help desk tickets. And the best part? We have an in-house tech that comes to our buildings once a week. We are there for each other as the front line for issues and vanguards of future technology in our schools.
