Long-time participant of the programs and member of WEMTA's Program Committee. I've been a Library Media Specialists for 26 years, in three different districts, at all levels K-12. My students have participated in the Elementary Battle of the Books program for nearly that long. Then fate stepped in and I was at the High School level, and helped to create the Senior Division Battle. I'm a strong supporter of the Golden Archer Award program and was glad to see a new program emerge- the Book Trailer Contest, now in it's second season. I've enjoyed my time as Secretary of the WEMTA Board.
